When I so desperately
crave your smell,
that I’d sell my soul
to hell;
when, with the devil
I’d make a deal
for a mere chance to
cop a feel;
when I would lay the
world to waste,
for the salty sweetness
of your taste;
I’ll take my pleasure in
writing a poem.
What else am I to with
you not home?
